Cal OES Seeks Requests For Proposals for $180,000 for Victims of Abuse

The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), Victim Services and Public Safety Branch, is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Child Sexual Abuse Treatment (CS) Program. The CS Program funds local government agencies and non-profit organizations to provide comprehensive treatment services to children under the age of 18 who have been victimized by sexual abuse and/or sexual exploitation.  Services to appropriate, non-offending family members may be provided as support services to help in the child’s recovery.

There is approximately $180,000 available to fund one proposal for the CS Program through the State Penalty Fund and Victims of Crime Act Victim Assistance Formula Grant Program Fund. The 12-month performance period begins February 1, 2018, and ends January 31, 2019. Proposals are due by Monday, February 19, 2018.

Questions concerning this RFP, the proposal process, or programmatic issues must be submitted in writing by e-mail to: Claire Wimbley-Brown, Program Specialist

The RFP can be found on the Cal OES website at

We cannot allow PG&E to declare bankruptcy !
That would allow them to ‘sidestep’ or otherwise neglect their responsibility for the Camp Fire.
PG&E has done that after every fire they have started, denying responsibility AND the California Utility Commission has ALLOWED that!
How many people have to die for the sake of this company?
