Cal OES Seeks Requests for Proposals for $2.5M in Access and Functional Needs Victim of Crimes Services Grants Funds

The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Increased Access to Services (KU) Program. About $2.5 million in grant funds is available for proposals for providing funding to victim service providers to increase physical and/or programmatic access to services for victims of crime with disabilities, including those with access and functional needs.
These funds are available for the KU Program through Victims of Crime Act Victim Assistance Formula Grant Program funds. Applicants may apply for up to $125,000 for an 18-month Grant Subaward performance period beginning October 1, 2018 and ending March 31, 2020. To be considered for funding through the KU Program, the proposal package must be received or postmarked by Monday, September 17, 2018.
