A property affected by last November's fires in Southern California is now clear of fire debris after state contractors cleared burnt metal, concrete, ash and contaminated soil from the site as part of the state's Consolidated Debris Removal Program. Final inspection reports for all 926 Los Angeles and Ventura county properties participating in the program have been submitted to local authorities, clearing the way for owners to begin reconstruction.
